UPCOMING EVENTS

MIDDAY CHECK IN

Wednesdays 12pm-12:30

A pastor will be online to receive and pray for anyone who would like to join. You will be invited to breathe deeply, hear God’s word prayed for you and others based on the Book of Common Prayer, Midday prayers for the day. It is our hope that all will allow the Holy Spirit to realign our bearings for the day. After this 10-minute time of prayer, anyone who wishes to log off will be welcomed to go about their day in God’s peace. If you have an additional few minutes you are invited to stay online to share where you are on your journey and affirm one another.

THURSDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY & CONVERSATION

Thursdays at 6:33pm

After spending over a year practicing social distancing, re-connecting with a faith community is more important than ever. Join us each Thursday evening at 6:33pm for a time of study and conversation led by Rev. Dr. Jo Hudson.

IN PERSON WORSHIP TO RESUME

May 23rd

As more and more of us are able to receive the COVID vaccine, and as positive cases and hospitalization rates continue to fall, based on CDC and local health official recommendations, IT’S ALMOST TIME TO BEGIN WORSHIPPING IN PERSON!

Our current plan is to begin welcoming people in person beginning Pentecost Sunday, May 23.

POTLUCK & COOKOUT WITH GREENLAND HILLS

Jul 4 at Noon

Join us immediately following worship in the courtyard and Glory Be Hall for a Fourth of July Cookout and Potluck. We’ll provide hotdogs (and veggie dogs) with all of the fixings, snow cones, iced tea and water. You are invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

We hope you’ll come spend an hour, or so, in fellowship with our church family and our friends from Greenland Hills. Good food, good music, and good friends – what better way to celebrate Independence Day and the ability to gather together again!
